Is it over if you have sfs with long midface?

My philtrum is perfect and i dont have gummy smile, my midface just looks long. Short face syndrome usually requires clockwise rotation of mandible which would require downgrafting of maxilla except I already have a long midface with low ESR. Am i cooked
