Jokes aside, usually the maxilla looks over projected making the "dogmax" looks is because of the frontal bone, yes his maxilla is projected but by also looking at his frontal bone you can see that it's lacking, basically a failo like this can't be fixed irl.

Anyway To ascend his side he would need bsso and lefort I, about 2cm, simply giving him a more projected nose would not fix the underlying issue which is his maxilla. Fixing his maxilla would project his nose more
