Anyway about ur lower third it looks bloated, which makes it look like shit try de bloating or losing bf if ur on the higher side

yeah i'm 25% bodyfat that's prob why i'm trying to reduce sodium but my mom mostly cooks salty food i'm 15 thats why i don't cook myself
