Other advice:

Otoplasty for the ears. For now you can fraud with Otosticks.

Shave the pedo stache.

Grow your hair out along the sides.

If you ever hardmaxx:

Otoplasty.

Lower lid retraction.

Maybe filler/implants for zygos, jaw, chin etc. Not sure because your skull looks pretty different in these two pics

I have acne right now all over my face and like in the mirror I see wrinkles under my eye and dark circles a bit I wouldn’t say it’s acne it’s just these fucking little bumbs on my face
