skin + get sleep, although i can see you have a negative orbital vector so you should look into concealer to hide your eyebags (recessed infra orbitals cause the appearance of eyebags)

thicken eyebrows, you can use minox or castor oil (mixed results, worked for me, hasnt for others)

skincare, probably use something like tretinoin or taz, where to get? ur local derma

If you cant get prescription skincare, then just get adapelene, studies show it has near the same effectiveness as 0.05%? tretinoin (Dont quote me on this, i forgot the exact concentration)
