There's basically no popular model or famous looksmaxxer that has highset masseters. Obviously, I have them highset. What are things I can do to maintain them or use them to my advantage? or am I just done for?

There is no such thing as highset or lowset masseter muscle, I dont know why people made this a thing. Everyones masseters is connected to your gonions and zygos. Your mandible and gonions (inward/neutral/outward) and even zygos are affecting how your masseter looks. If you posted a photo of yourself I could tell you why you would think you have "high-set" masseters.
