Is it over? What can I do?

I’ve always had terrible asymmetry between my two eyes. My right eye is much lower than my left. Is my case worth getting surgery for? Also have ptosis on the lower eye causing it to look even more asymmetrical. Currently on accutane and can’t fix the PIH and PIE yet (i know it’s an issue.) Also i have a slime jaw and basically no bones other than my mandible. Lower lip slightly shifted to the right, could be due to my bite. Is there any hope for me? What could i do that has the best ROI?
