you're probably going to get a lot of hate for this post, js don't listen to it and take this advice:
it's never over, you can always improve even if just the smallest amount
use a tdee calculator to calculate your maintenance calories, go into a caloric deficit tracking your food and macros on an app like myfitnesspal/cronometer, try to get protein and whole foods, not overly processed or high fat foods. start getting more exercise/movement in your life, get out of your room, walk around, get some sun, try to get lots of steps or do beginner exercises. losing weight is the first step and will show you where you need to improve facially. i can tell you have a good base but you need to reach a healthy weight to see how to utilize it. and don't cut carbs or eat 500 calories a day or starve, that shit don't work ITS NEVER OVER
