To let you know I’m quite fat I’m 6,1 84kg. Trying to cut and I’m struggling. This is my face. How over is it realistically. I have a decently slim face for my build but terrible hyoid. And I have kinda cooked eyes and philtrum but let me know what you think

if i were you i would consider life as a game where you have to just work till you can afford surgery for your eyes
