build muscle, lose fat, you'll have to go through a body recomposition. you can do this by regular cardio, weightlifting 4-6 times a week, high protein diet and if you're consistent you'll lose body fat and gain muscle.thats when you'll know if its over or not, which it is unlikely to be over since you don't have any actual deformities.
