realistically go ortho check for malocclusion + fix your bite, lip filler, shave your facial hair until you have a full beard, lose weight and squint your ass off

Yeah i just shaved i was just too bored to do it before posting and also im 17 so if i say something like getting surgery for that to my parents they will call me retarted. So i have to wait til i go live alone in like a year and i can do more to ascend. Appreciate the advice brother.
