Nop, just workout for the loose weight, I’ve got a plan for 6 months

Breakfast:
A thin slice (30g) of whole wheat bread
2 eggs scrambled
One fruit

School snack:
2 fruits
1 50kcal light cheese

Lunch:
School lunch, can’t really calculate that much

After school lunch:
One normal can of tuna

Dinner:
200g potato or 140g rice
100g meat
A fruit
Soup

There are loads of high protein keto foods avoid carbs like the plague. Just fat n protein. The thing with fasting is that you will obviously not gain muscle but the body is smart enough to retain almost all your muscle while in a fast so just put the fork down and get to a good % and then gym
