I'm not worried about my friends will outgrow me, i just worried that I'm not getting taller because my growth plates are closed and because of that trying to softmax will not make any change. also worried that i getting shorter
your not getting shorter, its likely your posture getting worse, also even if u dont grow any taller its not the end of the world you are already at a good height, u can always use lifts as your already tall noone will suspect it

i think my posture is pretty bad. i have texting neck, hyperlordosis and tight chest mucles, one of my legs is shorter than another and one of the shoulders a little bit lower than another. anyways i think my height is almost average in my country

i live in sweden, not only do i get height mogged everywhere i go i get facially mogged to 6 feet under EVERYDAY, its a miracle i havent jumped infront of a train yet i was really close but got lazyi pretty sure that almost every man i see around 180-185

xray your wrists first to check if ur growth plates r closed, get more sleep and pin some hgh if u need to, greedy FUCK

. btw i haven't slept well for a year ig. like I've been sleeping only for 3 hours maximum and sometimes for 12 hours (in both cases I've been falling asleep at 5-6 am) it might be main reason why i stopped growing but I'm not 100% sure
