Is it over

I am 16, 6’1, blonde hair blue eyes, with a relatively nice face card however I literally cannot stand looking in a mirror. My jaw is slightly tilted to one side and it’s barely noticeable for others but I cant stand looking at it. Is there any effective way to fix this or is it over?
