Im going to give you it honest bro ur maxilla is very downgrown and recessed, jaw is also recessed but cant tell bcz of maxilla. Probably need some type of lefort to properly fix it or MMA/Bimax. For the rest u have good chin and hair. +-mtn rating, good luck bro.

Yeah mandible is also recessed would recommend looking into bimax/MMA it also fixes syndromes like OSAS.
