Do you intend on joining the military? If not, you would suit some textured hair. Buzz doesn't look bad on you, but you're missing out on some additional PSL. Just don't have it the same as how image 2 is appearing, a buzz mogs image 2.

You have to fix the skin quality. I'm not sure what I'm looking at, some sort of timeline for images 1-3 would have been helpful.
