i'm 5'10 i just truned 15 and my bone age is 15 and my growth plates are opean rn and
when i was young like 8y my bone age was 11 so it aged slower and i had my growth sprut like 6 months ago so i haven't had my growth spurt in a long time and before somone starts saying "5'10 is a good height there are worse height" i feel short most of the time so is it over for me can i grow at least 10cm

Height is 90% genetics, so we can't guess right, just eat healthy,sleep 9-12 hours and maybe hop on idk
