As far as i know you should your gnome parents to go check your growth plates and if they are well opened then you should maybe consider hgh or other anabolics idgaf tbh i never really went that deep into this part

Your past your genetic cap, parents may of been malnourished or you’re very lucky. Ideally go get your wrist x-rayed if they’re open I would consider HGH + Ai. You may need to source it as a endocrinologist will probably not prescribe you hgh because of your dwarf parents.
