I’m sorry bro, you are severely recessed, your best bet is lefort 3, or if you are still developing, get elastics that pull your mandible forward.

Going to need djs probably go get ct, see your airway etc..

Do you have sleep apnea by chance? Other than that get lean but your going to need huge advancements probably which sucks but hard fix ngl since your upper is recessed too

i do have sleep apnea from a deviated septum. Which I'm getting fixed in the next month
