don't listen to this guy. If ur taking an aromatize inhibitor without a compound that aromatizes then ur gonna crash ur e2. having nuked e2 is worse than high e2 jus setting u up for failure.

low/crashed e2 reduces Growth hormone output, when e2 crashes from an aromatize inhibitor the body can release much less growth hormone, both at night and overall. Also a crashed e2 blunts the bodys ability to use the IGF-1 pathway properly.

E2 is what closes the growth plates, nuke it with an Ai and you delay epiphyseal fusion, so the plates stay open longer and you keep growingc

High E2 promotes chondrocyte maturation>gp fusion
Low E2 promotes chondrocyte persistence> delayed gp fusion

so bringing up gh and igf doesnt refute the point that lowering e2 delays gp closure
