I’m 16 (m) and have hella flaws, my main flaws are my fwhr, bizygomatic to bigonial ratio, and overall asymmetry and recession (downward grown maxilla and infraorbitals) i have already looked into a custom marpe to fix asymmetry and fwhr but im not a valid candidate for marpe as my palate is not narrow enough (45 mm), i also tried to train my masseters to improve my bigonial width but i overtrained them and i ended up with mild tmj issues and i still have a poor bigonial width so i need another work around, ortho also extracted all my premolars as i was missing 3 of 4 adult premolars (i would assume not have the teeth caused a good amount of my recession), im genuinely so fucked and joining org was my last resort need genuine advice for now and for potential hardmax in the future
