Yeah you have that African prognatism, could be reduced. As well as the acne, plus hairstyle could be better and eyebrows could be darker. Rhinoplasty would also help, that's purely my opinion though.

What I would do if I was you:

- Growing out hair, long, to hide weird head shape
- Jaw surgery, dont know which one exactly, but other people in here can help you
- Buy Minoxidil 5% topical, apply it on your eyebrows, thicker eyebrows will very much help your eye area
- Start clean bulking/gym and put on some muscle mass
- Perhaps Accutane/other acne medication for the skin
