Yes but its unlikely. Most people with perfect dental health, low BF and youth would be atleast on the normie spectrum. A person who got their face deformed in an accident could have perfect dental health, youth and low bf % but be truly ugly.
You can get low tier normies with low aesthetics despite having perfect dental health.
