Is it possible for cheekbones to reduce at 16?

I know it sounds retarded but I'm at like 30+% bf but I still had an ogee curve and I could feel the cheekbones popping when I touch my face . Yesterday I wake up and the ogee line is reduced alot and when i touch them i dont feel them like i did before . Can they just suddenly reduce or I'm retarded

You're over thinking it. my face was puffy for a few days and it looked like I had no jawline. youre good dude
