Im not very young im 15 turning 16 in two months my puberty was delayed and I only hit it about a year ago which is why I look so young. I just need tips while going through puberty because the best time to start is during puberty.

best thing to do is focusing on health and maybe some softmaxxes
but just focus on diet slee and sports and puperty will do the rest
worry abt everything else when u turn 18
