Is it possible my growth plates completely fused in the span of 3 months or so?

The reason I'm asking is because for 2 months up until that point in time I was taking 1mg of arimidex everyday, and stopped afterwards to this day (will take aromasin in a few weeks). My wrist growth plates then were basically open asf (had an xray at that time) but I'm scared there might've been a rebound that closed them then.
