Is it possible that wisdom teeth removal fucked my jaw????

Got my wisdom teeth out a little over a week ago now and my jaw feels narrower and my cheeks feel less hollow. Everyone tells me I’m just imagining it and that the surgery doesnt affect facial structure but i swear its there. Has anyone else experienced this??? Is there any evidence that points to wisdom teeth removal affecting bone structure or is it just residual swelling?

They were growing in crooked and wouldve screwed up the rest of my teeth if i didnt get them removed
