Is it possible to acheive HTN with this eye area (how brutal)

im not sure why my eye area looks so bad? i have positive canthal tilt, only slight UEE , my width:heiht ratio is 3 on the left eye and like 3.5 on the right eye, no scelaral show, 1 eye apart, but still they just look bad?

i cant tell if i have like some dysmporphia type thing or what, but in terms of measurements everything is fine? is it just brutal coloring?

are the eyebrows not close enough to my eye? would you consider it high set? i should brush them i know but i dont think there high set? like mid set proboably right? or am i coping?

my canthal tilt is positive though.

we have a similar one, its because of the periorbital and especially infra being recessed, the soft tissue gets deformed due to constant gravitational pull, you need implants and then eyelid repair surgery, maybe cantho(pexy or plasty) depending on how your eye area evolves after the first mentioned procedures

Its neutral but it looks negative cuz eye hooding to me

i think fixing brows would help it a lot. ltn eye area imo. it really depends on how good your other features are in comparison to know if its worth prioritizing eyes.

how do i know i have short pfl? i read and it said 3:1 should be width to height ratio of the eye, and both eyes have 3:1 ratio? and im not even squinting?

i dunno tbh. pfl probably isnt an issue. I believe the main issue is your eye shape.
