when I drink or smoke weed or try Lsd the feeling of disasociation makes everything feel nothing is serious, the ego shuts down, no insecurities, pain disapears...

Intense meditation but you’ll have to do it for long ass periods of time. It’s wild how that actually works but idk I personally wouldn’t commit that much time to it.
