I am getting it treated, it is cystic acne, but has improved over the years. Might take 2 more years for it to disappear hopefullySrsly need to get rid of the acne
Yeah, a bit too good imoDo they really work?
I had overjet, they are straight, but my top teeth curve inwards. Hoping he will flair them back out and then my lower teeth will reposition or smth. I still have about a year to go before the end of treatment.Tell your ortho to do something about that brutal overbite
what does it really do? does it like fix the zygos? how does it improve the jawline?Yeah, a bit too good imo![]()
I will see the results at the end of my orthodontist treatment. If it isn't corrected, do u think I need fillers or bimax? I think I have to bring my lower jaw more forward, and either get a genioplasty or implant. Does this sound about rightimplants, fillers are overrated
you don’t need bimax, implants if you want to do anythingI will see the results at the end of my orthodontist treatment. If it isn't corrected, do u think I need fillers or bimax? I think I have to bring my lower jaw more forward, and either get a genioplasty or implant. Does this sound about right
Youre not that recessed. Maybe by like a few mm, try chin tucks, lower your bf%, debloat, and train your neck and hyoid muscles. And practice good tongue and general head postureOrthodontist said that it would be a cosmetic surgery and not covered by insurance. Any advice?
really? I thought I needed it bc my top lip and bottom lip are not like stacked on top of each other. My bottom one is slightly back, and I don't have that good of a jawline. I think my biggest flaws are my skin and jawline.you don’t need bimax, implants if you want to do anything

Can you tell me the best method to do chin tucks? I heard to pull my head only horizontally backwards, and then rest, while the other says to go against a wall, and tilt my head downwards. For neck training, what do you recommend? And to train the hyoid, I just practice mewing right?Youre not that recessed. I had an overbite/overjet, and now my teeth are straight, but my front teeth go inwards from a side view. I hope he will fix this, but I'm not sure how it will fix my bottom teeth.you probably have an overbite. go visit you orthodontist he will help you
Try and imagine a piece of paper between the back of your head and the wall you're standing against. Then pull your chin into your neck, giving yourself as many double chins as possible, but without moving the back of your head away from the wall, imagine you lift the paper up. And for hyoid training just look at some of baby shitleys vids. He might be a liar for a lot of shit but at least he knows how to train his hyoidCan you tell me the best method to do chin tucks?
