I’ve had so many girls tell me long hair is a turn off for them. Like anything past shaggy level. Or below the chin in length.

If a chad had shoulder or longer hair would he be stuck to niche type or goth and rock n roll girls? Or could he get cheerleader types.

I've also seen girls complain when a common male acquaintance cut his long hair (although truth be told the guy was pretty attractive, they wouldn't have given a shit if he was ugly). I also know plenty of long haired guys who slay regularly. Things may be different from other countries where I live though.

Well maintained long hair can really attractive; although yes, it probably does make your appeal a bit more niche. That's not necessarily a bad thing though, you will have more intense attraction from a narrower selection of girls.

In my opinion it kinda works like a looks amplifier; ugly with long hair is even uglier, handsome with long hair is (often) even more handsome. But it is also true that you need certain features to look good with long hair; very wide faces look bad with long hair, for example.

If it's exceptionally wide it can create the illusion of an even wider face. It depends though. Sadly it's not always easy to pinpoint the features that make a face suit long hair or not.

This is true though. Medium length is probably the style that will attract the most women, as it will not be as off-putting to women who like short hair while still being kind of long for women who like long hair.

Still, the differences are minimal if you are already attractive to begin with, if a girl isn't into your hairstyle she may find you a little less attractive but you'll still be attractive in her eyes.
