Is it possible to be happy without sex?

It's so hard to have sex. I'm not really trying but I just know it'd be hard and I'm too high inhib to really go for it.

So should I accept that it may not happen and try to build a good life anyway or should I just accept that life is not very good and that it's futile to try and make something meaningful out of it?

I haven't completely given up on sex but I figured it's good to have a plan for how to deal with it if I stay incel until I die.
