I guess you could, but if you were an abused dog all your life it's gonna be hard.

The only way to do it is to force yourself around other NT people

Isn’t that machiavellian to choose a friend group solely for them being NT?
for example ditching your friend who talks about nintendo and believes that you should be moral for high status people.

just try to befriend more people
then sometimes you would have to pick between those to hang out
