Is it possible to bulk between 8-12% bf then cut back down to 8 repeat

I’m currently cutting for the second time and I don’t want to go above 12% ever again, as it’s suicide.

Should I cut down to 8% as planned then try bulk on a 100 calorie surplus?

change 12 to 15% then yes

It’s not worth like that, the progress will be minimal
Either you bulk to 15 and than lean down or just keep your current routine
