Is it possible to change canthel tilt or get hunter eyes without surgery?

I had surgery on my right eye at age 3 which has caused it to be more negative than my left eye which is neutral. is there any way to like increase elasticity in my right eye to make it more neutral and can stuff like stretching my brow down give me hunter eyes?

you can try PDO threads or other procedures that arent surgical but naturally you're stuck

no it will just cause wrinkles eyes are mostly set when youre young
