Depends on what you mean, you technically can try losing or gaining fat in the upper eyelid but its highly dependant on fat distribution genetics, but if you get very fat you might get hooding.

I wouldn't advocate for any funny DIY procedure because you're risking losing vision or fucking up even more your current eye area, nigga just save up for cosmetic eye surgery they aren't that expensive
