Absolutely. I went from a moderate intro to heavy extro after 24. When you have nothing to lose it's easier to drop your inhibitions and simply start approaching, talking to people etc.
If your life is already so crap you are about to rope, what is there to lose? Just start taking risks
You will fail a lot, but you will also change your brain structure slowly over time.
IMO, the only people who can't change their brain structure are those with severe autism.
If you are neurotypical or just slightly non-NT, you can definitely "become" extroverted through repeat exposure, parties, forcing yourself to go out with friends even when you don't want to etc.
The better your life gets the more extroverted you get, tho sometimes introversion is genetic, and it’s ok to not be the most talkative person around or the souls of the party, people should accept how your personality is as long as you are a chill and genuine guy
