u dont want more medial canthus if ur eyes are less than one eye apart,
say ur pfl is 32mm, but ur ICD is 30mm, giving medial canthus will just make them look even closer apart

my eyes are 1.1x and the ideal is .9-1x for my ethnicity is there something to do with that

its fine people dont notice it

also if ur esr is on the lower end, its great that ur eyes are a little more than 1 eye apart it makes ur eyes look normal set

my eye spacing ratio is ideal but I got neutral ct and very low uee but visible and some scleral show all I got is front basically but my side lacks maybe the infra orbitals are bad too but I plan on fat grafting for both the uee and the eye bags
