Is it possible to change your muscle insertion thanks to surgeries ?

Or even with bones growth ?

I mean it's already know it's possible because i had a strabismus and they had to shorten my eye muscle (yeah i'm a fucking subhuman I told you)

So could you change your delt insertion with surgery ?

I don't think so maybe... there could be surgerie's to slightly alter muscle insertions but it comes with other risks possibly.
