Let's say I go to a surgeon, and email him and ask him

hey is it possible that you can do 10-15mm advancement on the mandible, 5-7mm on the maxilla, and around 6-10mm on the chin

and can you also do CCW Rotation on both jaws and move the maxillary base in the posterior part?

And show them pictures aswell?

depends on the type of surgeon, if he is one of those who do cosmetic bimax for cash, then yes, but if you want to contact a local surgeon, then there is a good chance that he will not even answer you or laugh at you

how much does he cost?

His bimax, i've read, ranges from 4k - 8k USD.
That’s really cheap

could do that in one year of college

but I’m wondering for

transportation

round trip, transportation to airport and back, getting from India to the place, hotel, recovery, CT scan, etc etc,

Why I can’t travel to India as a non Indian?

So for trimax it’s around 5k + 2k around 7-9k for the whole procedure?
I just know for bimax (and again from just reading around) - best to check with him directly.

If you're street smart, then no.
You can always get a local guide - for not a lot of money i imagine.
