I don't have the moneyyes, but ldar insurance and just get the full package at once, it will probably be a tedious task taking months than recovery after that etc
dont get bimax via insurance if its for aestheticsI don't have the money
insurance bimax will also have massive aesthetic benefit even tho its not ideal(but its free)dont get bimax via insurance if its for aesthetics
fake sleap apneainsurance bimax will also have massive aesthetic benefit even tho its not ideal(but its free)
If the plan is bad I could also just not go there
I already would get itfake sleap apnea
yeah ik, but is it possible? I was thinking that the plates might be in the way, making it impossible to do implants, if not planned.Surgery: Yes
Implants : no, you will use your money.
I would save like 15k+ this way, and be able to get i alot earlier.Doing it at the same time probably not,i would say at that point just pay out of pocket since yiu save on surgery costs and it will end up being an extra 3k maybe and you also can decide how mich advancement you want and wont have as long total recovery time
That would be ideal, but i doubt there are any good surgeon here to do implants. can't exactly bring te insurance surgeons to ItalyYou can do them at the same time, but you'll pay for the implants separately.
Just make more money. Problem solved. That would be ideal, but i doubt there are any good surgeon here to do implants. can't exactly bring te insurance surgeons to Italy
I would have to recover from bimax then get implants later, but idk if that's possible
@RealSurgerymax
but fr, is it possible or not?Just make more money. Problem solved.
howJust make more money. Problem solved.
Figure it out.... It's one of the most important things you need to accomplish for a good life. Just as important as ascending.
can i do bimax via insurance now and implants with you later?Figure it out.... It's one of the most important things you need to accomplish for a good life. Just as important as ascending.
It's annoying when people do that, because then im getting a subpar base to work on. I always wish they came for the full thing so I am not limited. Its supposed to all work together.can i do bimax via insurance now and implants with you later?
no sense man just don't cheap out on this , better get 1 good plan nowcan i do bimax via insurance now and implants with you later?
I would have to do bimax at like 22 instead of 18 if I have to pay for everything, idk if thats worth itno sense man just don't cheap out on this , better get 1 good plan now

wouldn't they force me to get bimax via the some local inserance surgeon again?Get the free bimax (if it looks like it will be aesthetically good) then whine that the plates hurt so you can get them removed also for free and then Giant will have no existing hardware to deal with in 4 years time and you’ve got SOME chance that you won’t need a revision bimax.
exactlyThats how I’d play it. Losing THOSE 4 years to being ugly and wageslave grind is catastrophic.
thanks to you and brad for the idea, I'll do that if the insurance bimax doesn't satisfyI would do the bimax with your surgery, then larp that the plates are causing you pain, get it removed, and then go with giant once you make enough money
and if it does you can always get the implants later with someone like eppley in the us, sure its not peek or titanium, but eppley knows how to design the implant with a suboptimal base, whereas giant wants the pates and movements in his designthanks to you and brad for the idea, I'll do that if the insurance bimax doesn't satisfy
Why do surgeons like Gunson shit on custom guides and plates in the mandible? Something about not being able to predict the optimal joint position or something like that. Are they just coping and unwilling to do the extra planning required? It's annoying when people do that, because then im getting a subpar base to work on. I always wish they came for the full thing so I am not limited. Its supposed to all work together.
And no, I will not check or approve an external plan.
Because they're old dogs. Good at doing it the old fashioned way I will admit. Why do surgeons like Gunson shit on custom guides and plates in the mandible? but it's true that they are not reliable all the times thoBecause they're old dogs. Good at doing it the old fashioned way I will admit.
But this is the future.
