Is it possible to find a foid without male friends?

I'm almost 19 and I never even talked to a foid in my life apart from objective interactions like talking to a female cashier and stuff like that.

I'm pretty sure I can easily get a gf if I ask out enough foids but I want a foid who doesn't interact with other guys unless necessary.

Problem is, even if I find a foid like that, why would she be friends with me or even interact with me if she hasn't been doing it all this time
