is it possible to fix middle-lowerface asymmetry without surgery?

So basically my nasal bones and lips lean to the left side of my face and honestly I haven’t really noticed it before cause it isn’t really visible on front cam or in the mirror but recently i mirrored a pic and noticed it and now I can’t stop thinking about it and it’s bothering me.
Also I think it’s just something relatively new because I really never noticed it, what could have caused it?
