depends what's causing it.


if it's dental protrusion, ortho with proper incisor retraction can fix it.


if it's skeletal, braces won't do much and you're looking at jaw surgery.


if it's just soft tissue or body fat, that's a different fix. figure out whether it's teeth, bone or soft tissue first.
