Is it possible to fix recessed maxxilla, downward growth, nct eyes and grow taller?

I'm 16, 176cm and I need answers if I can fix ts before puberty stops? I was called recessed in the ratings I got. Also how to grow taller? My parents are 160 and 172cm.
