Bimax doesn't exactly target the philtrum, but it can lengthen and shorten it indirectly, with side effects that can sometimes be predictable, sometimes not.

Bimax particularly upper jaw surgery can indirectly lengthen philtrum - forward on a horizontal and down on a vertical plane.

Rotation of the upper jaw CW or CCW can change the angle of approach which changes it shape as well.

The other option is a lip lift

I measured my chin to philtrum ratio and got 2.8 which is higher than ideal (2.25-2.5). I’m afraid that after surgery it can become even shorter and I’ll look like thanos
