You can sit in bed and get 12% bf if you eat the right things. Working out is optional and a waste of time in deficit anyway, you won’t build muscle if you’re trying to lose weight.

That’s why you see dudes in the gym for years but make 0 progress, they don’t eat enough food so they don’t grow.

Lol no, just eat enough lean meat and you lose 0 muscle during cut. You only lose muscle if you don’t have enough protein in your diet during cut. Your body starts cannibalising your muscle to make up for not enough protein.

Guys who say they lose muscle during cut are on roids or don’t eat enough protein. If you’re natty you won’t lose shit, they may look tinier but it’s just the inflammation and water weight going away.

Most of it is eating yes, people don't fail to get lean because they didn't go hard enough in the gym, they fail because dieting is too hard, and bulking is more fun than cutting. Granted it's going to be easier to reach 12% bf if you're already muscular because you expend more calories just maintaining them.
