Is it possible to get a chin implant and jaw angles to meet in the middle To replicate a wraparound implant

I cant find a European surgeon who advertises wraparound jaw implant. Dozens of them do custom jaw+ chin implant. Are they able to stretch the jaw and chin implant to the middle.
It seems pretty simple to do but im not sure if there will be a problem with inserting/lining the implants up.
