Is it possible to get botox injections for buccinators?

Everyone talks about getting Botox for masseters but I would think that getting your buccinators reduced would yield better aesthetic results, unless you have abnormally big masseters. Thoughts?

Because there's a difference between buccinators and buccal fat, but ig they are pretty much in the same spot

It’s induces atrophy so it shrinks them, they usually do it for people with bruxism
