Is it possible to get lip lift surgery without increasing teeth show?

My upper/lower lip ratio is fucked and my philtrum is subhuman tier. When I researched lip lifts, it said that they increase upper teeth visibility. Does anyone know if it’s possible to get a lip lift without increasing teeth show?
